He was born in a village and his education started in the village itself. He did his graduation from Patna, Bihar and post graduation from Ranchi, Jharkhand. After getting higher level education, he started working to provide good and quality education to the boys and girls of the village because there was no good higher education institute in the village, especially girls who did not study. Seeing this problem, he built a higher education institute where children could study. Along with this, he started training to develop skills in children and make them capable of doing jobs. Apart from this, he started promoting agriculture in the villages, in which he called agricultural scientists and provided all the technical information related to the farm to the farmers of the village, due to which the yield of the farmers increased and the farmers became strong and empowered. He got the drains constructed and renovated for the availability of water in the fields. He got a green agriculture plant established in the village so that all the agricultural equipment is available to the farmers at one place.

During his studies itself, he started working for the society by participating in social activities. First of all, in 2008, he started creating awareness about education for girls in village Vikrampur by going from door to door and got the girls sent to school for studying. After this, to provide relief from various kinds of diseases prevailing in the village, he organized a blood donation camp in the village in which many people participated enthusiastically and donated blood. Apart from this, for higher education in the village, he built a higher education institute where boys and girls from remote rural areas are getting higher education.
For social justice in the village, local public representatives, police officers, administrative officers, lawyers etc. are called to make people aware of their rights and to build a developed society. Apart from this, for employment of youth, reputed companies are called to provide jobs according to their skills etc.
They also work for farmers at the local level. Agricultural scientists and trained farmers are called to provide training to farmers so that agricultural work is good and farmers' agricultural production increases and this increases employment.

He started doing various kinds of development work which mainly included agriculture, social development, green environment, education etc. Along with this he also started doing financial management work. At the local level he worked as PACS Manager in Vikrampur PACS since 2006 and improved the financial condition of the PACS a lot. After this he formed a group of some people and promoted agriculture work. He did several works in the field of higher education in which he established an educational institute so that children living in remote rural areas could get higher education.
